For undamaged products, which have not been personalized and were not custom-made for your order, simply notify Rabble Spirit Wear (RSW) within 14 days of the date you receive the product.  Once acknowledged by RSW, return the item, with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 10 days of the date of notification, and we will issue a store credit based upon the original purchase price.

Faulty or deffective items will be accepted for exchange, if notification is made within 14 days of receipt of item, and item received at RSW within 10 days of notification. 

In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return:

• Personalized items
• Custom-made items
• Clearance items

If notification is not made and items are not received within the terms described above will not be eligible for store credit, exchange, or refund.  No exceptions.

• This is a made-to-order item, utilizing another vendor who supplies the leatherette patches.
• Item will ship as soon as we receive the patch from the vendor; typically within 15 business days.
• All items ship UPS unless requested otherwise.

MOST custom-made (print on demand) products will ship within 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS. Business days are counted as Monday - Friday only and the day of your order is not counted. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

In-stock, ready-to-ship (RTS) items, while rare at RSW, will ship within 7 business days of your order. Pre-order items will ship as soon as we receive and decorate your items. If you have a time constraint, please let RSW know prior to placing your order. If you are ordering both regular and pre-order items, know that we may hold all items and ship them at one time, unless you place two separate orders.​

Embroidery is a time-consuming decorating technique and typically takes longer to complete than printed items.

Blank items or design prints may not be on hand at the time your order is placed. The above stated turnaround time helps to account for delivery of items from our suppliers.

"Shipping" time, is NOT delivery time. Once your package leaves Rabble and is given to the shipping agent, we cannot control the time it will take for you to receive the delivery.

All orders will ship from South Carolina. Local pick up is not available in SC. Items typically ship via UPS unless you specifically request another option.
