Shipping Policy

How It Works

Items will typically ship via USPS unless you specifically request another option, for which you will be billed any additional shipping charges prior to Rabble shipping your order. 

In-stock, already-made items, will ship within 7 business days of your order.

For items which are not yet decorated, we will attempt to decorate and ship in 10 business days, but it may take up to 14 business days. Pre-order items will ship within 5 business days of the day which WE receive them.  If you are ordering both regular and pre-order items, know that we will hold all items and ship them at one time, unless you place two separate orders.

Business days are counted as Monday - Friday only and the day of your order is not counted. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.  This is "shipping" time, NOT delivery time.  Once your package leaves Rabble and is given to the shipping agent, we cannot control the time it will take for you to receive the delivery.  

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. Please contact your carrier for claims regarding lost or damaged packages.


All orders will ship from South Carolina.  Local pick up is not available.

Refund Policy

Return and Exchange Policy


Customized items, including and especially items with a name, uniform number, graduation year added to them, are not eligible for a refund or exchange, unless we provided you with damaged or defective goods.  Please double check your order for accuracy before you submit.  It will not be impossible for Rabble to sell your customized item to another customer.  We are not responsible for misspelling of names or wrong numbers added to items.

Returns of non-customized items are eligible for a store credit only.  We will not issue a refund.  We must be notified via email, within 10 days of receipt of item, letting us know of the reason for return request.  Again, returns are eligible for store-credit only.  No return, regardless of whether it is customized or not, will be accepted if item has been worn or used.

Clearance, and discontinued items cannot be refunded or returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  You must inform Rabble within 10 days if your item is damaged or defective, if you wish to be considered for a store credit.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Trust Us with Your Information

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from (the “Site”).

When you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, information may be collected regarding the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We may share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.


When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.


We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
