Shipping Policy
How It Works
Unless customer specifically requests otherwise, RSW will ship via UPS as they tend to give more reliable service.
Orders will ship from South Carolina. Once packages have left RSW, we are not responsible for loss or damaged during the shipping process. Please contact your carrier for claims regarding lost or damaged packages. RSW is not responsible for inaccurate shipping addresses input into order by the customer.

Custom designs take approximately 10 business days for prints to be ready for application to substrate. RSW will attempt to ship all FULLY-PAID orders within 14 business days, however it may take longer to ship if substrate or design print is not on-hand at the time of order. In-stock, already-made items, will ship within 7 business days of your order. Pre-order items will ship within 5 business days of the day which WE receive them. If you are ordering both regular and pre-order items, know that we will hold all items and ship them at one time, unless you place two separate orders.

Business days are counted as Monday - Friday only and the day of your order is not counted. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. This is "shipping" time, NOT delivery time. Once your package leaves Rabble and is given to the shipping agent, we cannot control the time it will take for you to receive the delivery.
Refund Policy
Return and Exchange Policy
ALL CUSTOM SALES ARE FINAL
Customized items, including and especially items with a name, uniform number, graduation year added to them, are not eligible for a refund or exchange, unless we printed your item incorrectly. Please double check your order for accuracy before you submit. It will not be possible for RSW to sell your customized item to another customer. We are not responsible for misspelling of names or wrong numbers which the customer incorrectly input into the order.

Returns of non-customized items are eligible for a store credit only. RSW must be notified via email, within 10 days of customer's receipt of item, letting RSW know of the reason for return request. Again, returns are eligible for store-credit only. No return, regardless of whether it is customized or not, will be accepted if item has been worn or used. Clearance, and discontinued items cannot be refunded or returned. Gift cards cannot be returned. or exchanged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact RSW immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must inform RSW within 10 days if an item is damaged or defective.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). RSW also cannot ship or accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from trendytransfers.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
