Custom 20 oz Tumbler Request
Choose this option if you wish to have a tumbler custom-made. Please enter the details of what you are looking for.
We will create a mock up of what you have in mind, for your approval, prior to moving forward with printing. The custom design fee is for time and knowledge to create your product and is non-refundable.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
There is a strict NO REFUND policy for digitizing fees.
Custom-embroidered items may not be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
SHIPPING INFO
RSW will ship via standard USPS unless customer chooses expedited USPS shipping or UPS shipping at time of checkout.
We are not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipping. Please choose the Route shipping protection option for insurance purposes.
All orders will ship from South Carolina. Local pick-up is available at one location in Cypress, Texas, if arranged prior to shipment.
