Digitizing for files: one for caps and one for shirts $30 (one-time fee, file is now good for future orders, as long as there are no requested changes)
Two embroidered ball caps $36 ($18/ea)

All custom creations are individually priced and this deposit is collected prior to moving forward with printing/cutting designs or ordering of any blank substrate for your request.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
RSW has a strict NO REFUND policy for customized items and the deposit paid to create your custom mock up. If you choose not to move forward with purchase of final product, the deposit will be retained by RSW to cover the time used to create your mock up.
Once approved, an invoice for the item will be sent. After receiving payment in-full for your custom order, the order goes into the production queue and we cannot issue a refund. Custom items may not be returned or exchanged as the product was made to customer specifications.
SHIPPING INFO
RSW will ship via standard USPS. UPS will be automaticcally be used if shipping costs are within $0.75 of USPS prices unless customer specifically indicates UPS shipping at checkout.
Once packages have left RSW, we are not responsible for loss or damaged during the shipping process. Please choose the Route shipping protection option for insurance purposes.
All orders will ship from South Carolina. Local pick-up is available at one location in Cypress, Texas, if arranged prior to shipment.
