There is a strict NO REFUND policy for digitizing fees.

Custom-embroidered items may not be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.

RSW will ship via standard USPS unless customer chooses expedited USPS shipping or UPS shipping at time of checkout.

We are not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipping. Please choose the Route shipping protection option for insurance purposes.    

All orders will ship from South Carolina.  Local pick-up is available at one location in Cypress, Texas, if arranged prior to shipment.

All custom creations are individually priced and a deposit of 50% must be paid prior to moving forward with printing/cutting designs or ordering any blanks.
