Custom Embroidery Request

Custom digitizing fees apply for any design not already sewing-ready in EXP format. Rates vary depending on size of image/file.  JPG and PNG images can be used by our digitizers to create a sewing file, but must be clear/clean images for them to work with.

Final cost of the embroidery is dependent upon final stitch count of design.

All custom embroidery is individually priced and digitizing fees must be paid in full prior to moving forward with the work.

There is a strict NO REFUND policy for digitizing fees.

Custom-embroidered items may not be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.

RSW will ship via standard USPS unless customer chooses expedited USPS shipping or UPS shipping at time of checkout.

We are not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipping. Please choose the Route shipping protection option for insurance purposes.    

All orders will ship from South Carolina.  Local pick-up is available at one location in Cypress, Texas, if arranged prior to shipment.
