This custom digitizing deposit applies for any design not already sewing-ready in EXP format. Final product cost will be dependent upon design size, stitch count, and the substrate on which it will be sewn.
This custom digitizing deposit applies for any design not already sewing-ready in EXP format. Additional digitizing fee may apply depending on final size of image/file. JPG and PNG images can be used by our digitizers to create a sewing file, but must be clear/clean images for them to work with.
Final cost of the embroidery project is dependent upon the final stitch count of design and the substrate upon which it is sewn.
All custom embroidery is individually priced and digitizing fees must be paid in full prior to moving forward with the work.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
There is a strict NO REFUND policy for digitizing fees as RSW has utilized valuable time to create the digitized file.
Custom-embroidered items may not be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
Unless customer specifically indicates UPS shipping at checkout, RSW will ship via USPS. If UPS shipping costs are within $0.75 of USPS prices, RSW will automatically ship via UPS, at no additional cost to the customer.
Orders will ship from South Carolina. Once packages have left RSW, we are not responsible for loss or damaged during the shipping process. Please contact your carrier for claims regarding lost or damaged packages. RSW is not responsible for inaccurate shipping addresses input into order by the customer.
Custom embroidery takes additional time to create the digitized sewing file. Once RSW has received approval of the final digitized design, and has the substrate in-hand for production, your custom-embroidered item will ship with 10-14 business days.
Business days are counted as Monday - Friday only and the day of your order is not counted. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. This is "shipping" time, NOT delivery time. Once your package leaves Rabble and is given to the shipping agent, we cannot control the time it will take for you to receive the delivery.
